Transport Support Coordinator

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Transport Support Coordinator who has Tachograph / Fleet Management knowledge to join a leading client of ours within the transport industry based in the Radlett area in a position with excellent training and career prospects.

This position will provide support on all our clients transport and fleet products and associated services, using remote access, telephone, and email, ensuring they are given a prompt, polite response, and efficient service.

Within the role the post holder shall be presented with issues by customers and tasked with fault finding until an appropriate remedy is in place to the customers satisfaction. Therefore, in the role you will be responsible for learning all our client’s products and best associated practices.

Profile

• Answering the Support Lines and logging all contact in the CRM

• Proactively learn all our client’s products and the associated best practice

• Logging all bugs, requirements, and issues.

• Escalating customer cases to the Support Manager where required

• Practical knowledge of Drivers Hours (GV262)

• Knowledge of the Logistics industry

• Knowledge of all Tachograph or similar products (In house training provided)

• Good Customer and communication skills

Job Offer

• Salary to £28,000 depending on experience
